Scottish Cultural Enterprise is an independent cultural management consultancy company, based in the centre of Glasgow. As well as providing the New Deal for Musicians with a national business advice service, SCE also provides cultural man- agement consultancy to a wide range of national and regional bodies, arts organi— sations and individuals in Scotland and elsewhere in the UK on a commercial basis.

We are now expanding our team to embrace a person of graduate-calibre to co- ordinate our research programme. In addition to excellent general administrative skills, including a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, we are looking for some- one who can combine attention to detail with creative problem solving.

SCE operates a performance related pay policy, with the prospect therefore of earnings in the region of 2154220000 per annum and SCOpe for advancement. This is a full-time post but we are open to considering applicants of high calibre who

may wish to work reduced hours.

ARTISTS’ MENTORING PROGRAMME (GLASGOW) By Impact Arts

Impact Arts is a leading arts organisation specialising in community arts and artists’ development. The Artists’ Mentoring Programme is a 9 month professional development programme for Glasgow based graduate artists who want to develop a career or part career in community based work. Tailored training in freelance skills, client group awareness and workshops skills are combined with project placements, support from a mentoring team and exhibition opportunities. This opportunity is available for artists who are either not working with their arts skills as their main source of employment/ income or are currently unemployed.
