An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised. meticulous and enthusiastic individual to be a key part of the management team at an established arts organisation. The successful individual must have accounts/budget experience. a sound knowledge of Excel/Word. an ability to work on own initiative and to be an effective team player. Knowledge of financial software(Quicken). Apple Mac. and an interest in the visual arts would be an advantage.
Administrative Assistant 17.5hrs 9.30am-1pm Mon-Fri £11000-214000pa pro-rata
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to play a key role in a busy arts organisation. You will carry out a wide range of duties. provide administrative support to the organisation with the ability to multi-task and deal with inquiries. An ability to work on your own initiativeis essential. Previous experience in a similar role. knowledge of Apple Mac and an interest in visual arts would be advantageous.
