I Glasgow has its first Moroccan restaurant. the Argan Café in the Finnieston/Kelvingrove district of the West End. I Across the park and up on Great Western Road, Theo’s is a new family-owned coffee shop run by Elspeth Gibson, who used to be director of Grassroots. Theo’s is designed for adults but includes a dedicated play area for marauding tots, too.
