King Tut's have launched a new music initiative. Your Sound. From 4--8pm on the first Sunday of every month the downstairs bar in Tut’s will be given over to the sound of new unsigned acts demos only. 3% The cloud: Sleater-Kinney have cancelled their date at Oran Mor because of health reasons. The silver lining: support act Constantines have rescheduled a show in their own right at the Barfly on Fri 11 November.

2% Other recently unveiled live extravaganzas that have come to our attention include The Go! Team hopping around at the Barrowland on 17 February, Nick Cave doing a scaled back solo perfromances (well him an a couple of geezers as opposed to ten) at the Playhouse, 4 February and the Royal Concert Hall. 5 February and a pop jamboree from the Sugababes at the Clyde Auditorium on 20 March.
