nva, one of the UK's most successful and innovative independent arts charities, seeks to appoint an organised and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. This will be a demanding role, assisting the Marketing & Development Manager to develop the company’s public profile through a coherent marketing and media strategy. Key work areas will include assisting in marketing campaigns, monitoring box office sales, database and website management.

The successful candidate will have at least three years administrative experience in a similar or related environment, be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and specifically Microsoft Access.

Required for Edinburgh’s scariest underground ghost tours. Must have Drama/Acting experience, g.s.o.h., and no fear of the paranormal. Full training, flexible hours and good tips on top of earnings.

Full training, with costumes provided, and great earnings for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals. Clear and concise spoken english essential. Flexible hours to suit.

To give underground tour customers a scare at the end of the tour. Must have no fear of the paranormal. Evening hours and a great fun job.

Marketing Assistant (£14,000 pro rata)

Film City Glasgow. based in the former Govan Town Hall. IS an exciting new facility, provnding production and postproduction facilities and a range of flexible accommodation to the UK film and media industry.

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic indiVidual to assist with marketing the project and its initial launch in April 2006. Marketing skills and database experience are desirable. This is a part-time post available for an initial SIX months contract.
