While Pete Doherty can’t manage to get to his own gigs these days after his Barras show with Babyshambles was cancelled at the 11th hour when he ended up in more hot water with the feds. This show has now been rescheduled for 24 February. His former partner in . . . erm, crime Carl Barat has sold out his first show with Dirty Pretty Things at ABC on 5 March. They have announced a new date at Barrowland on 2 June and another at the Liquid Room on 19 May, and tickets are going fast. Other shows just announced this week include Killing Joke at the ABC on 8 April, Hard-Fi at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange on 9 May, the Wedding Present at the ABC on 5 June, Nashville Pussy play the Cathouse on 23 March and De La Soul (pictured) at the Liquid Room 20 April.
