I First up just a quick note to say Liquid Lounge in Glasgow has closed, so please note Disco not Disco with Todd Terie has moved to the Arches Cafe for their 23 September date and they’ll be bringing their own 5K sound rig and lights with them. I Quick note of a few gigs that shouldn’t be missed by club heads this fortnight: local hip hop heads Penpushers (Cabaret Voltaire. Edinburgh. 24 September); old school trance and ambient from Banco de Gaia (King Tut's. Glasgow. 28 September and Cabaret Voltaire, 29 September); hip hop legends Public Enemy (Barrowland. Glasgow. 3 October) and broken beat crew Bugz in the Attic (The Arches, Glasgow. 5 October).
