01 A whole variety of things that you would and wouldn't expect. So. .. writing press releases. liaising with our print designers. to pIa Ce you r a d talking to performers and publicists, organising promotional events and carrying oversized Fringe letters around Edinburgh with surprising frequency.

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to maintain the momentum. and to communicate a clear and enthusiastic message about everything The Lighthouse does.

You will have a talent for big ideas, as well as commitment. drive. attention to detail and an entrepreneurial approach. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team. but you'll have plenty of scope to choose what you do and how you want to do it.

What are the best and worst things about your job?

Every day throws up something unexpected which can be both the best and worst part of the job. It can be pretty hard to plan your day but all the unpredictable tasks (and people...) that come with life at the Fringe more than make up for the general chaos.
