I The Scottish Arts Council has announced plans to join forces with leading New York arts organisation Location One. Support will be provided for an artist to live and work in New York from March-June 2008 and take part in Location One's renowned International Residency Programme, which is open to artists working in painting, sculpture, installation, video or photography.
