We're busy preparing for the 2008 edition of The List's annual Eating & Drinking Guide We'd like to hear from anyone With sunable writing and editorial skills who would be interested in being part of the team researching, writing and producmg the gUide
We are looking for reliable contributors capable of composmg sharp. conCise and original reViews of eating establishments to tight publishing deadlines. You Will need to display thoroughness and accuraCy in gathering information. and we would expect to see eVidence of your knowledge of food and drink in general. as well as your familiarity with the eating out scene in Glasgow and/or Edinburgh. Experience of editorial management With the ability to check. edit and style submitted material would be an advantage. YOu Will also need to have reliable access to email and the web and be computer literate,
