Want to make a low budget high value feature film on HD?
SuppOrted by the Skillset Scotland Training Fund (SSTF), which is supported by the National Lottery through Scottish Screen. this 4 1/ 2-day intensive course will help directors and producers develop the skills they need to make a low-budget digital movie with high production values. Course elements include workshops with experienced professionals (such as Richard lobsOn. 16 Years of Alcohol) on finance and distribution. budgeting and scheduling, and shooting and editing Hi Definition video.
Applications are invited from those with demonstrable and relevant experience in the professional audio visual industries.
Course dates: 30 January — 3 February 2008 Course fees for Scottish based freelancers: £500 (but may be further reduced — see below)
Further assistance for Scottish based freelancers of up to 80% of course fees may be available from the Skillset Scotland Training Fund (wwwskillset.org/uk/scotland/trainingfund)
