I The Beat Club at the Beat Club. 9pm~3am. Prices vary. Weekly. Good music. good drinks and good people. Live music venue and club with rooftop smoking terrace. playing host to a wide range of musical styles from rock to disco. The focus here is very much on customer care and having a good time. I Calling All Disco Kids at Karbon. l lpm-3am. £4 (free). Weekly. Heskey and Big Al drop hip hop and R&B while Raw B and fiuan McLeod play classics and hand out cash prizes at this student night. Scott McKay plays house in the lounge.

I Hi-Fi at the Bunker Bar. 9pm—2am. Free. Weekly. Dave Sinclair plays indie and rock. with special guest DJs The Maccabees (3| Jan).

I How’s Your Party? at the Sub Club. I lpm—3am. £2. Weekly. The Subbie's Thursday night shindig welcomes special live sets from The Cool Kids and The (‘arps alongside Glasgow's Hudson Mohawke and RUstie (7 Feb). Berlin Euro-crunk outfit Jahcoozi.
