Moving Image Literacy for Learning is a research project supported with financial assistance from Scottish Screen.The Stirling Institute of Education will work with partners Falkirk Council and the Macrobert, Stirling. A key aim of the project is to develop resources that will use moving image to support the development of learning and teaching practices in relation to the Curriculum for Excellence.

You will have a background in moving image, knowledge and understanding of schools and new policy initiatives especially the Curriculum for Excellence and be educated to Masters level in a relevant area.

This is a part time appointment on a 0.6FTE basis for a fixed term of 17 months, to commence as soon as possible.

Appointment of board members

CCA is a unique experimental art space that supports artists based in Scotland within an internationally renowned programme. It provides a major platform for electronic and digital work across artistic disciplines while actively supporting more traditional art forms.

Along with a compelling core programme, CCA is a hub for a much wider set of organisations, artists and other groups appropriate to the ethos of social, cultural and artistic experiment.

The board feels that in order to fulfill their role as directors they would benefit from persons who have one or all of the following qualities:

0 Practical experience in chairing a board or committee 0 Legal experience

0 Professional Arts Practice

- Affiliation with Media and Technology industries

0 Marketing or Fundraising experience

- Business/catering/trade experience
