We need a self starting marketing manager who can develop and deliver multimedia marketing plans on a tight budget bringing larger and broader audiences to our festival and

generating more bookings from schools. And you will have to do this a fast and furious but fun environment!

The List The List is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage a number of important aspects of The List's business. This is a varied role requiring excellent administrative skills combined with expertise in staff recruitment and management.

You will have office management responsibilities and handle HR procedures including recruitment, personnel records and policy. You will need to show you can gain the confidence of staff. You will see to it that we have office essentials from good coffee to liability insurance.

You should be methodical and efficient and have at least two years relevant experience. You will be comfortable learning to use a range of desktop and web based systems.

Previous appointees have been able to expand their responsibilities and become much more broadly involved in other aspects of our business. Event management experience would be a bonus.

This is a full time post and we are offering an attractive salary according to experience plus the chance to work in a dynamic creative environment.

Scottish Book Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Project Co-ordinator to lead the development of a new resource for young people. This role will lead on the development and delivery of a new publication, aimed at young adults in the 16-26 age group. particularly those with low literacy/numeracy abilities using newly commissioned stories to tackle issues of financial awareness. The publication will be developed in consultation with young adults, youth workers, and adult learning tutors.

You will be educated to degree or equivalent level. You

will have experience of project management, a practical knowledge of the publishing process and an understanding of and enthusiasm for working with young adults. You will have excellent communication, administrative, IT and budgeting skills. You should be self-motivated. with the ability to work with a diverse range of people and willing to travel across Scotland.
