Yeah Yeah Yeahs Karen O and her boys are back again. Since the last time they were in Scotland (which,
excepting the odd T In The Park slot, was two and a half years ago), they’ve released the ‘Is Is’ EP, and the glorious It’s Blitz! album. Karen’s also just finished working with The Kids on the soundtrack for Spike Jonze’s Where The Wild Things Are. When you add the fact that their album Fever To Tell has just bagged a spot in the List’s Top Ten Albums of the Decade, it seems almost rude not to go. ■ O2 Academy, Glasgow, Fri 4 Dec.
