Little Red Riding Hood The Brothers Grimm’s fairy story, about the little girl who sets out to
deliver some much-needed sustenance to her sick granny and ends up outwitting a hungry wolf, has charmed and disturbed kids since the mid- 19th century. Julie Brown’s magical new version for the Arches transforms the Glasgow venue into an enchanted forest, complete with songs, dance, puppets and twinkling lights, which forms the backdrop to street-smart mischievous Little Red’s thrilling journey. ■ Arches, Glasgow, until Sun 3 Jan.
