your work Well it sort of happens all the time, but I would call it constructive criticism. First concert you ever attended Bob Dylan at Blackbushe.

First thing you think of when you wake up in the morning . . . another five minutes!

Last thing you think of before you go to sleep I have a quick think about what I have to do the next day (a sort of mental list I love lists!).
