90 THE LIST 4–18 Mar 2010

LINDSAY GRIME The List is teaming up with Central Station, the online hub for visual artists, to showcase some of the most promising young artists at work in the UK today. For the first in this series we’ve selected the work of illustrator and ceramicist Lindsay Grime, who graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 2009. Lindsay has developed a number of exciting illustration projects, including children’s books, cardboard sculptures and ceramic work, exhibiting plates, tiles and ceramic jewellery in galleries, craft fairs and a pop-up shop. Her first solo show Home Sweet Home, which explored notions of home and offered Lindsay’s interpretation of a nostalgic domesticity, recently enjoyed a run at Made in the Shade’s Tiny Gallery in Glasgow’s De Courcy’s arcade. www.lindsaygrime.co.uk www.thisiscentralstation.com
