Cinema Development Manager

G1 Group owns over 40 venues throughout Scotland, ranging from restaurants, bars, clubs, cinemas and hotels. With venues in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth and St Andrews, G1 Group continues to be the number one independent leisure operator in Scotland. We are now recruiting to ll the exciting position of Cinema Development Manager, which shall encompass all aspects of cinema programming and kiosk sales for our existing sites (Grosvenor Cinema and Perth Playhouse), future cinema development projects and all other potential cinema sites that may become available to the company.

You shall also advise on updates in technology and the latest innovations to ensure that G1 is at the forefront of providing an outstanding cinema experience to our customers.

Commercial Opportunities Manager Salary £18–24,000 (full time, Tues–Sat, fixed 2 year term) The post’s principal areas of responsibility are to manage visitor experience and expectations front of house, and to develop new income streams through event hires and partnerships. Candidates should be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and have experience of working at a relatively senior level in an arts environment, preferably in an income generating, customer service or box office role.
