Marketing Manager (six month contract) Part Time (4 days) - £20,500 (pro rata) You will be responsible for the co-ordination of all CCA print, web/email, advertising, design, distribution and ideas for marketing activities to generate footfall and income for CCA. The role requires strategic thinking and a rational approach as well as hands-on energy, enthusiasm, a passion for the arts and a fun attitude to work. The successful post holder will be hardworking, self-sufficient and indispensable within a small dedicated team.

Fundraising Manager Part Time (2.5 Days) - £25,000 (pro rata)

You will play a key role in the development and implementation of CCA’s fundraising strategy in order to secure funding for programme work and organisational core costs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining CCA’s individual giving strategy, developing and maintaining the CCA: friends scheme, sourcing new trusts and foundations, writing proposals, reports and documentation, researching and securing sponsorship/affiliate deals with businesses that match CCA’s vision.

ATLAS Visual Arts Project, Skye and Lochalsh

ATLAS is a new project for the visual arts in Skye and Lochalsh, making the area a canvas for ambitious contemporary work responding to and placed in the environment.

HI~Arts is the arts development agency for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, contracted by Highlands and Islands Enterprise, and a Foundation Client of the Scottish Arts Council. In association with the local ATLAS Steering Group, HI~Arts wishes to recruit three new staff to make up the ATLAS team:

A Development Director (f/t) to lead the project: salary £27,897

A Project Coordinator (p/t), salary £23,820 pro rata

A Creative Learning Coordinator (p/t), salary £23,820 pro rata

The ATLAS team will be employed by HI~Arts, directed by the ATLAS Steering Group, and based in Skye and Lochalsh. These are fixed term contracts for an initial period of two years.

Closing Date: MMonday 24th May 2010 It is intended that interviews for the post of Development Director will be held in the week of 31st May 2010, and for the other posts in mid-June.
