BAZOOKA ARTS SEEKS TO RECRUIT
Bazooka Arts is a not for profit practitioner led arts organisation that delivers arts projects within community, health and education settings with an aim to enhance the quality of life and promote wellbeing of participants. The project which this advert applies to is the NL Connection Project which is funded by the Big Lottery Fund. This project aims to provide opportunities for adults living within North Lanarkshire who are isolated through disability to become connected to their community through arts participation.
ARTS ADMINISTRATOR (FREELANCE): An opportunity has arisen for a freelance arts administrator to support the NL Connection project on a flexible sessional basis. (up to 10 hours per week)
Duties will include: (cid:129) Setting up and maintaining project administration systems (cid:129) Liaising with venues, staff and participants (cid:129) Collating project data for evaluation purposes. (cid:129) Press, promotion and publicity (cid:129) Budgeting, accounting and VAT
FREELANCE ARTS FACILITATORS: Bazooka Arts would like to update their database of freelance arts specialists. Experience of working with groups with varied levels of ability is essential. We would love to hear from: artists, designers, makers, drama workers, actors, musicians, animators, filmmakers, set designers, photographers who have a passion for what they do and an ability to work with groups and individuals in an inclusive, empowering and inspirational way.
