Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Centre Jazz Orchestra A first performance in Glasgow, from the big band from New York. They sit at the more traditional and melodic end of the

jazz spectrum, as our reviewer points out (above). But the Glasgow Jazz Festival also ticks off boxes for those who prefer their jazz more noodly, and noisy, or perhaps more avant-garde and strange.
