Laurence Winram: The Conemen and Other Stories This exhibition of limited edition prints showcases the ambiguous and darkly comic side of art photographer Laurence Winram’s work. At the heart of the exhibition is a series of photographs featuring men in black dinner jackets and high conical hats gathered together in otherworldly landscapes. Winram says of these images: ‘I have my own ideas about what the Conemen are up to, but I choose not to share that with others as it’s the ambiguity that I try to draw out of each piece that inspires me.’ Traverse Theatre, Edinburgh, until Sun 29 Aug. www.lwinram.com
