Hat Trick: Recoat Third Birthday Exhibition Break out the candles and streamers! Recoat, those West Coast specialists in illustration, street art, graffiti and photography have hit another milestone. To mark the gallery’s third birthday, artists from Poland, Belgium, Germany and England, including Inkie and Insa (pictured), Pener, 1010 and Chazme, will exhibit work, while a group of artists will paint a large mural in the archway that flanks the gallery.
