MOYNA FLANNIGAN The Scottish Gallery of Modern Art continues to celebrate its 50th anniversary with a series of new commissions, including new work from Moyna Flannigan, one of Scotland’s most distinguished living painters, as part of the What You See is Where You’re At strand. Flannigan’s new paintings, inspired by the Gallery’s collection, are concerned with the human figure and based on sharp observation, an awareness of the human condition, its absurdities and tragedies.
