Industrial Strength Records Tour Not many record labels are as relentlessly hardcore as Industrial Strength as the name suggests they deal in Armageddon-level techno and gabba. It was started by fast-talking New Yorker Lenny Dee: ‘I just started playing techno and it progressively started getting harder and harder for me. I was looking for a new fix so I started playing the records faster.’ He released the groundbreaking ‘Mescalinum United’ way back in 1991. Here he’s joined by Manu Le Malin and Unexist for some seriously malevolent beats. Soundhaus, Glasgow, Sat 28 Aug.
