Doris, Tylan and Nate have recently been joined by drummer JJ Jones, formerly of Po’Girl, to make up the folk-pop fourpiece, Girlyman. The original trip got together in Brooklyn a decade ago, and this is the first time they’ve turned the UK. Support comes from the Glasgow-based quartet, The Porch Song Anthology, who do an excellent line in country-meets-Nick Cave dark Americana.
