Artur Zmijewski: Democracies Polish artist Artur Zmijewski’s short films focus on mass expressions of protest, celebration and grief, exploring how we as individuals make up a wider society and deal with our changing moral and ethical landscape. Democracies presents 20 short films depicting mass gatherings around Europe, including a Labour Day riot in Berlin and a Loyalist parade in Belfast.
