Karnival’s Boxing Day Soma Party

It’s always great to see the Soma name over in the east. A double bill of Slam and Silicone Soul (pictured) would always be a top notch party of deep house, electro beats and edgy moody techno, but when you remember this party takes place on Boxing Day, you have even more cause for celebration. So head down to Karnival after Xmas, it’s only gonna be cold turkey sandwiches and bubble & squeak for tea anyway. Cabaret Voltaire, Edinburgh, Sun 26 Dec. 60 THE LIST 16 Dec 2010 6 Jan 2011

Insanely successful night based on a complex numerical flirting system. If someone catches your eye, you write their number on the board next to your own, the idea being that they then rush up to you and get a bit jiggy.
