Cast your mind back to page 114 and you may recall Joan Wasser scooping Single of the Week for her soulful, bluesy

‘Chemmie’. Taken from the album The Deep Field, it’s a celebration of sharing chemistry with someone, and comes with a wonderfully bizarre video involving a suited wolf man (see bit.ly/chemmie). We’ve got three copies each of ‘Chemmie’ and The Deep Field to win one of each, visit list.co.uk/offers. Joan as Police Woman also plays at Liquid Room, Edinburgh, on Wed 31 Aug, as part of the Edge Festival. WIN JONNIE COMMON TICKETS AND ALBUMS

JC’s had his finger in many collaborative pies as a Fence Collectee; as a member of both Inspector Tapehead and Down the Tiny Steps; as the brains behind the guest star-filled deskjob EP but now he’s releasing his debut solo album Master of None and playing a handful of solo dates, including one at Edinburgh’s Electric Circus on Tue 23 Aug. We’ve got a pair of tickets to the gig and a copy of the album to give away, plus two extra albums for runners up if you fancy your chances, click on list.co.uk/offers before Fri 19 Aug.
