Edinburgh Festival FESTIVAL The multi-festival juggernaut keeps on rolling for a while longer, with the Fringe and Book Festivals wrapping up on Mon 29 Aug, and the International and Art Festivals continuing until Sun 4 Sep. Vault VISUAL ART The recently refurbished Briggait in Glasgow’s Merchant City formerly a fishmarket, now a cutting edge hub for more than 70 artists and cultural institutions matches up to its new job description with a contemporary visual art fair, set inside a large-scale installation.
