Hendrick’s Unusual Month of Reverse Courtship sees the folk behind the Scottish-made botanical gin take a tour of the country mixing cocktails and, with their eye on 29 February, offering a bit of unique marriage counselling. The Ladies School of Nuptial Conquest and its counterpoint, the School of Scoundrels, will set up in Dragonfly Cocktail Bar in Edinburgh on 10 February.
