Glasgow Film Festival FILM / MUSIC / FESTIVAL Showcasing 239 films and events, the 2012 GFF is one of the biggest yet, and guaranteed to have something suited to all tastes. Among the highlights are the Glasgow Music and Film Festival strand, featuring performances from Silver Apples and Umberto, and documentaries on A Tribe Called Quest and Annie Ross. Among the other events on offer, opening gala Your Sister’s Sister, directed by Humpday’s Lynn Shelton, and a Gene Kelly retrospective (featuring Anchors Aweigh, pictured) are worth looking out for.
