Govanhill’s festival of creativity returns for its third year, with workshops, events and exhibits from new and established artists. Streetland 2012 features music, an outdoor cinema, street games, a soup kitchen, dance workshops and a baby disco. On Friday night, there’ll be a music event in Westmoreland Gardens curated by the Glad Café, kick-starting two days of community art-based projects, highlighting the diverse cultural landscape of the area.
