‘At Taste guests can be sure of quality ingredients and core avours and textures in each and every dish we serve over the weekend. We are so excited about the whole thing. If somebody could just have a word with the powers that be to assure some beautiful weather then we will be in for a perfect weekend. We look forward to seeing you there!’ ‘This is my second year working in Edinburgh and I’m usually behind the scenes in the kitchen so Taste is a fantastic opportunity to meet some of the locals face to face. It’s a very exciting time for the Edinburgh dining scene and you can really see the high standards of cuisine on offer by looking at this year’s restaurant line up.’

‘I’m really excited about what’s in store this year at Taste of Edinburgh. It was tough last year but we’re ready for another challenge. Edinburgh is the culinary capital of Scotland so what better place to position ourselves than Taste? The dishes we’re showcasing this year will give a snapshot of our extensive menu which will capture the essence of Tigerlily quality and style.’ ‘Martin Wishart and I are delighted to bring a taste of The Honours to Taste this year. It will be a great end to a fabulous rst year for The Honours. My demonstrations in the Taste Theatre and Q&A last year were my rst experiences of Taste Festival. I am really looking forward to coming back this year and bringing The Honours kitchen team with me this time.’
