BigPicture THE PEOPLE’S TOWER Olivier Grossetete’s public art project comes to Glasgow under several banners – having already debuted in Ayrshire as part of the Roofless arts festival, it’s now being re-built for the Merchant City Festival and Surge 2012. The concept is simple: everyone mucks in to construct a towering cardboard structure and then, when it’s at its highest, everyone mucks in to push it down.
