HOW ARE YOU FEELING?

By David Shrigley

It’s a warped self-help book, exploring the human mind, quite badly. With fresh

drawings from the art brut cartoonist, plus tips on brain maintenance, running away

from problems, frogs and dreams. ‘I’m sure everyone

has stood in an airport, looking at the self-help

books,’ says Shrigley. ‘I’m very sceptical about them. My self-help book acknowledges it is in no way helpful, and I am

in no way qualii ed.’

Published by Canongate, Thu 4 Oct, £12.99, available in hardback and e-book

versions. To read our interview with David about the book, go
