We have teamed up with the Citizens Theatre to give away a family ticket (2 adults, 2 children) to its Christmas Show, Sleeping Beauty, at 7pm on Saturday 8 December 2012. Tim Burton meets Shrek in a gleeful twist on happily ever after. Pricked by a spindle on her 16th birthday, Sleeping Beauty falls into an enchanted sleep under the watchful eye of mischievous Fairy Goody, who puts prospective princes through their paces in search of the one who will awaken her mistress with a kiss.

Combining royal romances, flatulent fairies, outrageous ogres and sinister spells, Sleeping Beauty has been re-imagined into a fresh adaptation featuring a host of weird and wonderful characters. Join Fairy Goody, the Prince of Nerds and the Ogres at the Citizens Theatre for this gleefully gruesome and fantastically funny take on the traditional tale.
