HOTTEST RESTAURANTS Covering around 900 bars, restaurants and cafes in Edinburgh, Glasgow and beyond, the newly revised List Eating and Drinking Guide 2012- 2013 was a mammoth publication we launched in April this year.

Having earned a reputation for independent, trustworthy advice on where to dine out, our review team compiled a comprehensive list of eateries in each city. The establishments that distinguished themselves as being a cut above the rest earned places on our coveted Eating and Drinking Hitlists, which highlight the best and brightest of Scotland’s dining scene across 18 different specialist categories. In this season of eating, drinking and being merry, we’ve collected together some of our Hitlist stars as a reminder of where you should be dining this winter.
