Doctor Faustus is an adaptation of Marlowe’s wonderful play about a man who sells his soul to the devil in return for fame, wealth and recognition. An extraordinary relationship sits at the centre of
this play, that of Faustus and Mephistopheles – man and devil – a sick, seductive marriage.
Directed by Dominic Hill and adapted by Colin Teevan, this is a collaboration made in Heaven. They produced Peer Gynt in 2007 at Dundee Rep Theatre, which was irreverent, savage, iconoclastic and heartbreaking.
