CRAFT SCOTLAND SUMMER SHOW Even as the festivals wind down, there’s still time to take a look at some of the impressive Caledonian crafts on display at the Craft Scotland Summer Show in Edinburgh. Expect a far higher standard of furniture, ceramics, jewellery and hats than you’d find at your average Sunday craft market, with work by designers including milliner Sally-Ann Provan, ceramist Julia Smith, jewellers Grainne Morton and Jane Gowans and designer Judy R Clark. Up-and- coming designers and recent graduates are represented too. Have a browse or stay for a chat with some top crafters, and watch demonstrations of how they work their magic.
