Tues October 15th - 7pm - £15/head CALVADOS TASTING & CHARCUTERIE PAIRING To celebrate the start of the apple harvest, we are taking the seriously underated apple brandy and matching it to British Charcuterie & taking you through a tutored tasting of the different styles.

Welcome to PILGRIM BAR _ the Capital’s first licensed premises specifically designed to create as small a carbon footprint as possible. From the floor screed, reconstituted from the cement of demolished buildings, to our bar made with hundreds of discarded suitcases, and from the original 1930’s cinema seating, to the restroom sinks sourced from a 1950’s school, or even the wall cladding reclaimed from discarded wooden pallets, to the denim used to cover our seating _ nearly 98% of all materials sourced in the making of Pilgrim are either salvaged, recycled or up_cycled.

We only serve fresh Stromboli delivered daily from Breadwinners - the award winning Master Craftsmen Bakers which is a healthy nutritious eat, low in salt + sugar, stuffed with fresh ingredients, free from artificial additives, chemicals or preservatives and then fully encased in a delicious stretch of an original Italian recipe dough.

My food is Real Food. I do not follow trends or fads. Every dish on my menus is there because I like to cook and eat it. My sushi, raviolis, mince and tatties are prepared applying the same attention to detail, fabulous standard of ingredients and passion as every other plate I serve. Desserts are lovingly crafted in my kitchen from the ice cream to the crumble.
