Featuring hot new London production talent Russ Chimes, who counts Mark Ronson, Booka Shade, Kelis, Marina & The Diamonds and Ellie Goulding among his remix clients. Propaganda at O2 ABC. Weekly 11pm–3am. £tbc. The UK’s biggest indie club night comes to Glasgow. Featuring upcoming guest DJ sets from Barry Fratelli of the Fratellis (20 Sep) and Radio 1’s Huw Stevens (25 Sep). RollerStop Nights at Jumpin Jaks. 4 Oct, 8–10pm. £5; £8 with skate hire. A 70s and 80s revival and a rollerdisco in one, with skates for hire or you can bring your own.

Sensu at the Sub Club. 20 Sep, 11pm–3am. £10; £8 advance. A

typically great house, techno and electro night from the Sub Club. With special guest Dyed Soundorom. Strangeways at the Admiral. 20 Sep, 8pm–1am. £4. A regular tribute night for The Smiths and Morrissey, with a proud fan club atmosphere and aesthetic, uninhibited dancing and more daffs/gladioli than you can shake a stick at. All proceeds raised go to charity.

Void at La Cheetah. 4 Oct, 11pm– 3am. £8. Void Militia take over with their brand of house, techno and electro. With a guest set from ghetto tech don DJ Assault. FREE Yes! at the Flying Duck. 4 Oct, 11pm–3am. Launched by a group of friends who want a gay night that plays indie and guitar bands, the emphasis is firmly on music from classic artists such as David Bowie, The Smiths and Blondie and cutting edge acts like Django Django, Band of Skulls and Grimes.
