PAUL WEDGWOOD Not such an unusual dish but a new way of serving the humble Brussels sprout, Once blanched and refreshed, just as you are r, serving up your Christmas dinner, brown some butter in a frying pan, add a good piece of foie gras and sauté the sprouts until heated through and golden. Decadent and delicious!

It’s a must for every household; if you haven’t tried it, it’s a great way to use up left-over turkey and can be !! washed down with a margarita!!
