EVER / PRESENT / PAST Artlink and the Royal Edinburgh Hospital have teamed up to capture the latter’s history in its bicentenary year. 200 Years 200 Objects by Mark Dion tells the story of the impact the hospital has had using archive, contemporary, loaned, donated, found and newly commissioned items. Accompanying Dion’s work is Claire Barclay’s Another Kind of Balance, which looks at the importance of hospital architecture as well as how individuals get lost in an activity despite their surroundings.
