MAKE YOUR BURNS NIGHT

POETRY IN MOTION.

For a great Burns Night, let The Bard bring the entertainment, you just take care of the food and drink. A traditional Burns Supper might be haggis, neeps and tatties, but there’s plenty of other great Scottish seasonal produce well worth tasting too. Why not try wild salmon, scallops, rhubarb, shallots or even venison for a change? They’re all great this time of year.

So, on 25 January toast our national poet in true Scottish style. For recipes and ideas on hosting your own Burns Supper, go to scotland.org/winter
