EARL SWEATSHIRT Another member of the forward-thinking, sometimes mark-missing, but generally highly entertaining Los Angeles-based hip hop collective Odd Future. Earl’s real name is Thebe Neruda Kgositsile, and he put out his debut album Doris last year. Things could get emotional in The Garage too; Earl recently asked the crowd at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg , ‘Y’all ’bout to cry with me, or what?’, before doing ‘Chum’ off his album.
