This new appointment will be taken by a person with previous
supervisory experience. preferably in a busy cafe bar environment. They will understand service, have good customer skills. '
and be capable of working well under pressure. Sound knowledge of cask ale cellar management, and food hygiene regulations will be an
advantage. This is a hands on position. demanding energy and
enthusiasm which offers a varied career in Edinburgh's premier art house cinema.
