How long have you been in this job? My partner. Tom. and I opened this shop a year and a half ago.
Background We have always had a paSSion for chocolate so we deCided to open up a shop speCialising in quality. hand-made products. We buy our chocolate from all over Europe and some from America. We enjoy the fact that we can otter Our custOmers products from the who's who of chocolate.
What’s the best thing about your job? I love working Wllll beautiful chocolate. I also enjoy the fact that my job allows me to meet new people everyday.
Is there anything you don’t like? No. I don't think there is! What do you like to do on a day off in Edinburgh? I usually get a Sunday off. as that's the only day we're closed. I love to go out walking ar0und the City to find other little specialist shops. There are so many in Edinburgh.
