During last year’s Fringe, Gordon Strachan was
among those praising the Glasgow-born, Yorkshire-bred comic for his debut Fringe show, which had Cochrane ringing a bell and chatting about some of his favourite words. The new Celtic manager may need to call on Cochrane to give him a bit of a laugh in these dark days of an early European exit and Old Firm humiliation. Not that this will be worrying Cochrane right now. He has more Edinburgh shows and a trip west to occupy his mind as he gives us more of his Comedy with Sad Bits.
